1. Eligibility and acceptance
Garrett Martin Online Hitting is an independent month-to-month coaching service operated by Gmart LLC for baseball players age 10 and older. A parent or guardian must be included in all coaching communication for players under 18. For players ages 10–12, the parent or guardian controls submissions and communication. By applying or purchasing after approval, the responsible adult accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable consent and waiver documents.
2. Application and admission
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Garrett personally reviews fit and availability and may approve, decline, or waitlist an applicant. Decisions are usually sent within two business days. Enrollment availability may change with Garrett’s professional playing schedule.
3. Membership services
Membership includes an initial baseline evaluation in addition to a maximum of four weekly training-swing reviews per billing month, a personalized drill and training plan, one 20-minute call per billing month, weekday between-review messaging, and the option to submit up to four individual game-swing clips per billing month. Game swings may be incorporated into a training review or combined training-and-game review and do not create a fifth monthly review. Unused reviews, clips, and calls do not roll over. Coaching is educational and does not promise any performance, roster, scholarship, recruiting, health, or statistical outcome.
4. Billing and cancellation
Approved applicants receive a private Square-hosted recurring payment link. Square, not this site, collects payment card details. Membership renews monthly until cancelled. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, and service continues through the current paid period. No prorated cash refund is provided for unused services in that period.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, use coaching safely, involve a qualified medical professional for injury or health decisions, submit only footage they have the right and consent to share, protect private links and OnForm access, communicate respectfully, and ensure a parent remains included for minors.
6. Availability and communication
Swing reviews and weekday message replies are returned within three business days after Garrett receives usable footage and the required context. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, based on America/Denver time. Service timing may be affected by emergencies or technology outages. Any material seasonal service policy for active clients will be communicated before it takes effect.
7. Intellectual property and media
Coaching materials are provided for the client’s personal training use and may not be resold or publicly redistributed. Garrett Martin Hitting will not publish player information, footage, results, or testimonials without a separate written media release.
8. Suspension and termination
Service may be paused or ended for nonpayment, unsafe conduct, harassment, misuse of materials, repeated failure to include a parent for a minor, or material violation of these Terms. Any final termination and refund procedure requires attorney review.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Baseball training involves physical risk. Coaching is not medical care. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees and liability limitations will be governed by the final attorney-approved waiver and applicable law. This draft intentionally does not invent jurisdiction, arbitration, or damage-cap terms.
