What players and parents should understand before signing up for Garrett Martin Online Hitting.
Competitive baseball players ages 10 and older who are committed to consistent work, open to direct feedback, and able to submit regular video. Players at every competitive level may apply.
Yes. Players must be at least 10. For ages 10–12, a parent or guardian must submit and control the entire application, payment, and communication process. A parent or guardian remains included in all coaching communication for every player under 18.
Members submit video through the parent-controlled or player-controlled OnForm workspace. Garrett reviews the swing, explains the highest-priority observations, and provides clear next steps.
Members may submit once per week, with a maximum of four training-swing reviews per billing month. Unused reviews do not roll over. Short weekday questions may be handled through messaging between full reviews.
For each weekly submission, send 3–5 representative training swings from the open side. Garrett requests a second angle only when needed. Exact filming guidance is provided during onboarding.
A perfect facility is not required. Garrett adapts the plan to the player’s realistic schedule and available space, tee, net, cage, balls, and training tools. Describe your setup in the application.
Garrett establishes a baseline swing analysis, identifies strengths and development priorities, and builds the first personalized drill plan. This baseline evaluation is included in addition to the four monthly training-swing reviews.
Once per billing month, a member may submit up to four individual game-swing clips. Garrett may incorporate them into a training review or return a combined training-and-game review, depending on what best supports the player’s current focus. Game feedback is limited to what the submitted clips and context can support.
Members may send focused coaching questions between reviews on weekdays. Garrett replies within three business days. Messaging does not include additional formal video reviews or calls.
Swing reviews and weekday message replies are returned within three business days after Garrett receives usable footage and the required context. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, based on America/Denver time.
Approved clients receive a private scheduling link. The 20-minute call may use Google Meet, Zoom, FaceTime, or another mutually agreed service.
OnForm is the external coaching environment used to exchange swing video, feedback, plans, and coaching messages. This website does not create a separate member portal.
Approved applicants receive a private Square-hosted subscription link. Square handles recurring payment details; this site never collects raw card data.
Clients may cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Payments already processed are generally non-refundable, with service continuing through the paid period. Exceptional refunds remain at Garrett’s discretion. Final policy requires attorney review.
Applications are still collected as waitlist requests. Garrett may contact qualified applicants when space and schedule allow; joining the waitlist does not guarantee admission.
